Covid-19 Booster Shots are Available!

BOOSTER VS THIRD DOSE

  • A booster is a vaccine dose that may be given to someone whose immune response from the primary vaccine series begins to wane over time or to those at higher risk of severe disease or infection due to working or living conditions.
  • A third dose is recommended to people who are immunocompromised at least 28 days after their final dose of Moderna or Pfizer.  NOTE: People who receive third doses should not get a booster dose.

For more information regarding booster shots or third doses, visit the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) COVID-19 website: https://govstatus.egov.com/or-oha-booster-covid-19-vaccine
