Angela grew up in Bay Area, California. She served in the Air Force and received her Bachelor of Science in Human Services.   

She began working in the I/DD field in 2011 in direct support.  She has worked in various roles in the field including managing an adult day program as well as residential programs.

Angela and her husband moved to Roseburg to be closer to her husband’s family and spend their free time in the outdoors. 

Some of Angela’s favorite things include: the mountains, chocolate, fishing, hiking, gardening, coffee, reading, Led Zeppelin, cooking & spending time with her husband and fur babies.

April has worked in the I/DD field for the past 16 years.  She has worked as a program coordinator for 8+years and chose to join SORB now known as Connections Case Mgmt in 2015.

She has fostered and adopted children since the age of 21. She has a wonderful husband and 4 children.

April has resided in Roseburg most of her life. She is a big sports fan and enjoys life and the outdoors.

April is a collaborative, relationship-driven leader with a clear understanding of how systems intersect to support—or complicate—people’s lives. With more than a decade of experience in both direct service and leadership roles, her career spans disability services, youth programs, trauma-informed residential programs, and crisis intervention during moments that call for grounded judgment and quick coordination.

April cares deeply about building a future where people receiving services—and those who support them—are part of relationships and systems grounded in trust. Her work is rooted in the belief that people are the experts in their own lives and that support should honor their autonomy and chosen paths.

She holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Boise State University and a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Idaho State University. She is a Certified ToP Facilitator, trained in participatory methods that help groups collaborate and make decisions with clarity.

When she’s not working, you can find April surrounded by her fur babies, rolling out her yoga mat, cheering for her favorite football team—Go Ducks!—or enjoying time cooking, connecting with family and friends, and embracing her favorite role as a proud auntie.

Ashley graduated from Oregon State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences.

Shortly after, she started working at Connections as a Personal Agent and quickly fell in love with the work. She was a Personal Agent for 4 ½ years before transitioning to the role of Quality Assurance Specialist where she served as a member of the administrative team for 4 ½ years and now she is our Director of Program Services.

Ashley is passionate about Connections and all that we stand for. She believes Connections is an agency that cares – we care about our customers, we care about employees, and we care about the work we do.

Aubree grew up as an Army brat and has popped around different areas of the United States and other countries including seven years in Germany as a kiddo.   Her education includes graduating from Oregon Institute of Technology in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology.

She worked previously as a job coach for Southern Oregon Goodwill Industries to provide supervision, training, and support for persons with I/DD for 4 years.

Aubree has lived in Klamath Falls Oregon since 2007.    She is an avid book reader and video gamer, constantly trying to improve her hand at gardening, and raising her four-legged doggie while trying to sway him with the merits of not chasing after the neighborhood cat or wildlife.

Bernarda has spent her entire life in Coos County.

She has worked more than 25 years in social services including a number of years working with community members with I/DD.   She joined Connections in 2021, where she found a rewarding career helping individuals achieve their goals and live their best lives.

Outside of work, Bernarda and Dennis enjoy spending time with each others adult children and growing number of many grandchildren.   She loves camping, gardening and spending as much time at the beach as possible.

Brandon is an Army Veteran and has been working in veteran services for the last 5 years. He studied at Oregon Tech and worked for the veteran program helping student veterans navigate their college benefits.

After graduation, Brandon moved on to a non-profit called Easterseals Oregon and worked under the Homeless Veteran Reintegration Program.   During his 3 years with Easterseals, Brandon helped dozens of homeless veterans’ secure gainful employment, housing, and once again become self-sufficient and live meaningful lives.

Now, Brandon is broadening his horizons to serve another population of people who need help. He hopes to find a long-lasting career with Connections Case Mgmt so he can continue helping people.

Brandy grew up in Bend, Oregon and has always enjoyed being outdoors enjoying the 300+ days of sunshine in Central Oregon; goes back to Bend/Sunriver anytime she can.

She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, with a minor in Business, from Penn State University in 2014. Before coming to Connections Case mgmt., she was a caseworker with the Oregon Department of Human Services – Child Welfare for five years where she gained a vast knowledge of State and Federal laws, and a further knowledge of the Department of Justice.

Prior to working in Child Welfare, Brandy worked as a skills trainer in mental health, managed a local dental office, and owned the second largest winery in Texas. When Brandy isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend laughing and traveling. She is a huge animal advocate and loves spending time with her White German Shepherd/Husky mix, Luna, as well as with her three cats; A Siamese named Luca, and two cats that are brothers named “Smokey & the Bandit.”

Carson was born and raised in Klamath Falls, Oregon. He joined the Connections Case Mgmt. team in 2025 after several years in customer service.

He values helping others, communication, and understanding everyone’s needs.

Carson loves to watch all kinds of sports, including football, basketball, track and field, wrestling, and many more. He values the outdoor activities in beautiful Southern Oregon, like hiking, kayaking, swimming, and camping.

He also enjoys creating various forms of art in his free time. He believes everybody deserves to express themselves!

Cecilia was born and raised in Klamath Falls; she has been a part of the Connections Case Mgmt. team since 2007.

She is passionate at helping others reach their full potential.

Cecilia is married to her high school sweetheart and together they share two amazing children.  In her spare time, she enjoys her family, cooking, baking and decorating.
