Angela grew up in Bay Area, California. She served in the Air Force and received her Bachelor of Science in Human Services.  She began working in the I/DD field in 2011 in direct support.  She has worked in various roles in the field including managing an adult day program as well as residential programs.

Angela and her husband moved to Roseburg to be closer to her husband’s family and spend their free time in the outdoors.  Some of Angela’s favorite things include: the mountains, chocolate, fishing, hiking, gardening, coffee, reading, Led Zeppelin, cooking & spending time with her husband and fur babies.

April has worked in the I/DD field for the past 16 years.  She has worked as a program coordinator for 8+years and chose to join SORB now known as Connections Case Mgmt in 2015.  She has fostered and adopted children since the age of 21. She has a wonderful husband and 4 children.

April has resided in Roseburg most of her life. She is a big sports fan and enjoys life and the outdoors.

Ashley graduated from Oregon State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences.

Shortly after, she started working at Connections as a Personal Agent and quickly fell in love with the work. She was a Personal Agent for 4 ½ years before transitioning to the role of Quality Assurance Specialist where she served as a member of the administrative team for 4 ½ years and now she is our Executive Director.

Ashley is passionate about Connections and all that we stand for. She believes Connections is an agency that cares – we care about our customers, we care about employees, and we care about the work we do.

Aubree grew up as an Army brat and has popped around different areas of the United States and other countries including seven years in Germany as a kiddo. Her education includes graduating from Oregon Institute of Technology in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology.

She worked previously as a job coach for Southern Oregon Goodwill Industries to provide supervision, training, and support for persons with I/DD for 4 years.

Aubree has lived in Klamath Falls Oregon since 2007. She is an avid book reader and video gamer, constantly trying to improve her hand at gardening, and raising her four-legged doggie while trying to sway him with the merits of not chasing after the neighborhood cat or wildlife.

Bernarda has spent her entire life in Coos County.

She has worked more than 25 years in social services including a number of years working with community members with I/DD.  She joined Connections in 2021, where she found a rewarding career helping individuals achieve their goals and live their best lives.

Outside of work, Bernarda and Dennis enjoy spending time with each others adult children and growing number of many grandchildren.  She loves camping, gardening and spending as much time at the beach as possible.

After earning her BA in Spanish at Oregon State University, Casey began her career as a Kindergarten teacher in Corvallis. She returned to her hometown of Klamath Falls a few years later to take a position in Victim’s Advocacy at The Klamath County District Attorney’s Office. 

Now, Casey is excited to be serving her community as a PA with Connections. 

Outside of work, Casey loves painting, music, and all creative things! When she isn’t spending time with her family, friends, or cute little cat named Cat, you can catch her exploring the beautiful trails around the basin.  

Cecilia was born and raised in Klamath Falls; she has been a part of the Connections Case Mgmt. team since 2007. She is passionate at helping others reach their full potential.

Cecilia is married to her high school sweetheart and together they share two amazing children.  In her spare time, she enjoys her family, cooking, baking and decorating.

Chelsea has lived in Coos County all her life.

She has worked with individuals with I/DD in a variety of different roles over the course of her career and is excited to step into this new role with Connections Case Mgmt. Chelsea loves helping others achieve their dreams.

When she’s not at work, you can find her with her family camping, on the lake, or riding in the dunes.

Connie was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas.  In 1990 she moved to Roseburg where she worked for Douglas County for 25 years and very much enjoyed serving the residents of this county in the positions she held.

She continues to appreciate the beauty and nature of all that is Oregon.  And although her children have each now taken flight to begin their own life journeys, she takes comfort in having her fur babies to snuggle with and keep her company.  Family, pets, friends, ELVIS, camping, fishing, and music are Connie’s favorite pleasures outside of work.

Since joining the Connections Case Mgmt. Roseburg team in 2016, she is excited to work with people that strive to assist in enhancing and improving the lives of so many in our community.  Extremely delighted to be a part of the Connections team!!

Crystal has lived in Douglas County since 1989.

She was a Personal Agent with Connections for 5 years and left for a time to gain additional experience, before returning in January of 2013.

She has 5 amazing daughters and 6 amazing grandchildren, and she loves to spend as much time as she can with them. Crystal enjoys baking, cake decorating, gardening, spending time with her daughters doing crafts and a variety of activities, and she loves doing all she can to help others.
