April Miller Personal Agent

April has worked in the I/DD field for the past 13 years.  She has worked as a program coordinator for 8+years and chose to join SORB now known as Connections Case Mgmt 5 years ago.  She has fostered and adopted children since the age of 21. She has a wonderful husband and 4 children.

April has resided in Roseburg most of her life. She is a big sports fan and enjoys life and the outdoors.

Ashley Hannan

Ashley Hannan Quality Assurance Specialist

Ashley graduated from Oregon State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences.

Shortly after, she started working at Connections as a Personal Agent and quickly fell in love with the field.  She was a Personal Agent for 4 ½ years before transitioning to the role of Quality Assurance Specialist.

Outside of work – you will most likely find her out in nature somewhere or at home with her partner and kitties.

Aubree Ford

Aubree Ford Personal Agent

Aubree grew up as an Army brat and has popped around different areas of the United States and other countries including seven years in Germany as a kiddo. Her education includes graduating from Oregon Institute of Technology in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology.

She worked previously as a job coach for Southern Oregon Goodwill Industries to provide supervision, training, and support for persons with I/DD for 4 years.

Aubree has lived in Klamath Falls Oregon since 2007. She is an avid book reader and video gamer, constantly trying to improve her hand at gardening, and raising her four-legged doggie while trying to sway him with the merits of not chasing after the neighborhood cat or wildlife.

Cecilia Silcox

Cecilia Silcox Program Coordinator

Cecilia has worked for over 18 years in the field of I/DD services, as a job coach, Personal Agent, Personal Agent Lead and Program Coordinator.

She was born and raised in Klamath County. She married her high school sweetheart and has two children.

Connie S. Salmon

Connie S. Salmon Operations Manager

Connie was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas.  In 1990 she moved to Roseburg where she worked for Douglas County for 25 years and very much enjoyed serving the residents of this county in the positions she held.  She is married with three children who have each now taken flight to begin their own life journeys.  Connie’s husband exposed her to the beauty and nature of his home state, and they continue to love the Oregon lifestyle and the outdoors.  Family, pets, friends, ELVIS, camping, fishing, hunting, and music are Connie’s favorite pleasures.  Since joining the Connections Case Mgmt Roseburg team in 2016, she is excited to work with people that strive to assist in enhancing and improving the lives of so many people.  Extremely delighted to be part of the Connections community!

Crystal Foster

Crystal Foster Case Management Coordinator

Crystal has lived in Douglas County since 1989.

She was a Personal Agent with Connections for 5 years, and left for a time to gain additional experience, returning in January of 2013.

Crystal has been married to her husband since 2012.  She has 5 amazing daughters and 5 amazing grandchildren, and she loves to spend as much time as she can with them. Crystal enjoys baking, cake decorating, gardening, spending time with her daughters doing crafts and a variety of activities, and she loves doing all she can to help others.

Deb Campbell

Deb Campbell Personal Agent

Deb was born and raised in the Bay Area and loves the outdoors.  Her and her family enjoy deer & elk hunting, fishing, the dunes and wake boarding.  Her and her husband have been married for 28 years and have 14 wonderful children, (yes you heard that right) eight boys, six girls and seven grandchildren.  Deb has owned and operated several businesses in the Coos Bay/North Bend area from a Construction company to Adult Foster Care homes.  Her true passion has always been helping people.  Deb and her husband were foster parents to over 50 kids in Coos County, which has by far been the biggest blessing in their lives. They were fortunate enough to have adopted eight kiddos’ (three sibling groups).

Dianne Yost

Dianne Yost Personal Agent

Dianne graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in 2015. She then moved to the island of Guam and attended the University of Guam where she graduated in 2017 with a Masters in Public Administration. While in Guam, she worked for the Government of Guam: Department of Administration as an Administrative Clerk in the Employee Benefits branch.

After graduating, she decided to make the move to Roseburg, Oregon, to be closer to family. Before joining the Connections Case Mgmt team, she worked for the Department of Human Services: Aging and People with Disabilities as a Human Services Specialist.

In her spare time she enjoys dancing as a Polynesian dancer, spending time with family, exploring this beautiful state, and hiking with her Great Dane mix, Hero.

Donna Kerrick

Donna Kerrick Lead Personal Agent Assistant

Donna began working for Connections in 2008.  She first worked as a Case Manager but then transitioned in 2019 to the position she has now, which she loves.  Through being a family member, past volunteer and substitute instructional assistant, involved in Special Olympics in the past, as well as an advocate for independent supported housing through a local nonprofit (WISH), Donna has met and known many of our customers and family members.  Her current position gives her the opportunity to interact with many customers and their families.  She is thankful and excited to be a part of Connections Case Mgmt.

She and her husband of 42 years are both Douglas County natives.  They share their home with a cantankerous feline.  Their children and grandchildren live in the Roseburg/Winston area as well.

Emily McConathy

Emily McConathy Program Coordinator

Emily is originally from Pennsylvania, and she attended Grace College in Indiana.  In Pennsylvania, she started working with adults with I/DD in 2001 as a Supports Coordinator and became a team leader of Supports Coordinators and Early Intervention Service Coordinators.  When she moved to Oregon in 2011, she continued in the same line by becoming a Personal Agent and now Program Coordinator for Coos and Curry counties. In her off-time, she is involved in Awana at her church and is an active member of the local geocaching community including being a co-host of the Challenge Talk geocaching-themed podcast.  She lives in Coos Bay with her husband, Scott and cat, Sammy.
