Fern is an Oregonian, born and raised in the Coos Bay area.

She enjoys days at the beach or adventures through the woods on her time off. She is very grateful to be a part of the Connections team and all that it has taught her working here. She’s excited to continue learning and growing in her position.

Jamie Mason

Jamie Mason Personal Agent

Jamie has worked with persons with I/DD in a variety of programs, positions, and capacities throughout the span of 40 years.

She loves being a grandma to her vivacious granddaughter that continues to teach her life lessons.

Jamie is a homemaker at heart and loves to cook & bake in her spare time.

She resides in Roseburg with her husband of 42 years.

Jennifer Wiman

Jennifer Wiman Personal Agent

Jennifer was born and raised in Klamath Falls, Oregon.

She has worked with individuals with I/DD for the last 6 years.  She started out providing direct care and later moved on to be a Program Supervisor for a residential home. She is now excited to be a part of the team here at Connections Case Mgmt.

In her free time, she enjoys camping, fishing, swimming and being a dog mom to her two wonderful pups.

Jessica Menges

Jessica Menges Personal Agent

Family member and advocate for individuals with ID/DD.

Jessica has worked with individuals with ID/DD for years. She started out as a Direct Support Professional and moved up to a Program Coordinator for a residential home. She is now part of the Connections Case Mgmt team and enjoys having the opportunity of working with individuals and seeing them achieve their goals.

She was born in the Bay Area and moved to Klamath Falls when she was 14. She married her high school sweetheart and they have 4 children together.

Joan Narsavich

Joan Narsavich Personal Agent

Joan worked as a Care Coordinator in Alaska, assisting people who received Medicaid Waiver services, for 20 years. Her and her husband relocated to Cottage Grove to be closer to family in the Fall 2019. They have one son, James, a life-long Alaskan, who still lives in Palmer, Alaska.

When Joan is not at work, she enjoys bird watching, camping, volunteering with animals, traveling, and gardening.

Joan is excited about new adventures in Oregon and being part of the Connections team!

Julie Henderson

Julie Henderson Assessor Specialist

Julie was born and raised in Coos Bay but in her adult life, she has had the opportunity to live in Seattle, San Jose, and Eugene.  She attended two years at Southwestern Community College.  She started working with I/DD  in 2002 as a Project Coordinator through AmeriCorps where  she formulated the first Social Leisure Club for adults with I/DD.  This position led to her position at Connections in 2004 as a Personal Agent.  She is currently employed as an Assessor Specialist. When not at work, she makes junk journals, snuggles with her boxer dogs, and gardens.  On summer days, her and her hubby love to cruise their MG convertible around town.

Justin Little

Justin Little Personal Agent

Justin was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Oregon in 2009. He instantly fell in love with Oregon and wouldn’t think about living anywhere else. He found his calling in the I/DD field in 2013 and now cannot imagine doing anything else. He started off as a part time overnight staff in a 24-hour residential group home and as of 2020 is now a Personal Agent with Connections Case Mgmt. He is excited to be in the PA role where he can assist people with getting the services they need/want. When Justin’s not working, he enjoys gardening and spending time with his family. Family is very important to him.

Kaitlyn McMahan

Kaitlyn McMahan Personal Agent

Kaitlyn was born and raised in Roseburg and now her and her husband are raising their two children, Carson and Kenzie here. On the weekends you can find them playing outside, doing crafts, or going to the coast to ride their four wheelers. Kaitlyn attended the University of Oregon and earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences. She loves the work she does with the individuals and families she serves because she gets to be a part of a team that challenges our customers, then assists them with achieving their goals.

Kitina Larsen

Kitina Larsen Personal Agent

Kitina was born and raised in Coos County and loves being a lifetime Oregonian.  She has over 13 years of experience in the social services field and holds her credentials as a Qualified Mental Health Associate through the State of Oregon.

She is very driven and dedicated in her desire to advocate for people, support and help them succeed and live the lives they choose.  Empowering people and working closely with them to achieve their goals and dreams is an extraordinary journey that she is honored to be a part of.

Outside of work, Kitina is active with her family and spends her time with her fabulous husband of over 25 years and their two amazing adult children. She enjoys listening to music, chalk painting furniture, movies, cooking, animals, and gatherings with close friends.

Kristin Bodnar

Kristin Bodnar Personal Agent

Kristin graduated from Oregon Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology- Human Services.

She grew up in Klamath Falls as a child and returned here after the loss of her father. She has an amazing husband and stepdaughter. She lives with her husband, mother, and dog.

Kristin has a passion for working with and helping others. She previously worked as a CNA for hospice, which allowed her to help others to finish their lives with dignity.  She also worked as a preschool teacher for Head Start, helping young children learn and grow.
