Justin was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Oregon in 2009 where he instantly fell in love with Oregon and wouldn’t think about living anywhere else.

He found his calling in the I/DD field in 2013 and now cannot imagine doing anything else. He started off as a part time overnight staff in a 24-hour residential group home and as of 2020 is now a Personal Agent with Connections Case Mgmt. He is excited to be in the PA role where he can assist people with getting the services they need/want.

When Justin’s not working, he enjoys gardening and spending time with his family. Family is very important to him.

Kaitlyn was born and raised in Roseburg, where she and her husband are now raising their three wonderful children, Carson, Kenzie, and Keagan.

On weekends, you’ll often find them enjoying the outdoors, doing crafts, cuddling their cats Binx and Max, or heading to the coast for four-wheeling adventures.

Kaitlyn earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences from the University of Oregon and has worked in the I/DD field for the last 10 years.

She is passionate about her work and values being part of a team that provides excellent person-centered services.

Kim was raised in Northern California. She moved to Oregon in 2004 and currently resides in Roseburg with her husband.

They share 5 wonderful kids, and 3 fun filled grandchildren.  She is super excited about her growing family.  Plus, she is now a proud Marine MOM!

In her free time, Kim and her husband like to go on drives, camp, hike, kayak and spend time with family.

Kim has been with Connections since 2022 and is loving every minute of her job!

Kristin lived in Klamath Falls for a lot of her childhood before returning to California.  She moved back to Klamath Falls in 2004.

Kristin graduated from the Oregon Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology.

She previously worked for Connections Case Management, as a Personal Agent, for just shy of three years before leaving to take care of a family member.   She is excited to rejoin the team.

Outside of work, Kristin enjoys kayaking and camping with her husband and stepdaughter, spending time with her dog Oakley and breeding and showing Mini Rex rabbits.

Kyle grew up in Northern California and graduated from UC Santa Cruz in 2020 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology.

Kyle moved to Oregon in 2023 to be closer to family and is loving living with goats, horses, dogs, cats, and frogs!

She has worked with the elderly population in various capacities, such as caregiving, housing, and case management, for the past 8 years and is excited about her transition to helping customers in the I/DD field.

When Kyle isn’t working, you will find her in the kitchen cooking and baking or playing with her goat and dog outside.

She is always up for an adventure and is enjoying exploring all that Oregon has to offer.

Lisa was born and raised in the Portland, OR area.  In 2004, she moved to Roseburg with her husband.  In 2008, Lisa and her husband built a house out Little River in Glide, where they spend most of their time outdoors with their dogs, cats and a horse.

They have a wonderful son, daughter-in law, and 3 busy grandsons that live in Portland.

Lisa enjoys riding her horse on trails around her property, hiking with the dogs, reading, and laughing with her husband.

For the past 25 years Lisa has worked for non-profits and government social services agencies.

She is new at Connections, and looks forward to getting to know everyone.

Mary Lee was born and raised in Klamath Falls.  She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Portland and has been with Connections since 2014, first as a Personal Agent and now as an Assessor Specialist. 

She loves working with our customers and is always learning from them.

Mary Lee lives in Klamath Falls with her husband, their two amazing daughters and several four-legged family members.

Melissa is a long-time resident of Coos County. She graduated from North Bend High School, and currently resides in Coos Bay with her son Liam, and their two cats, Tumbles and Toast.

Melissa has over 8 years working with community members with I/DD, specializing in employment and job development. She joined Connections in 2026 and is passionate about helping others.

She enjoys spending time hiking, camping, and exploring nature with her son. She loves to go swimming, dancing and storm watching. At home, she loves to cook and experiment in the kitchen with new recipes.

Mendi was born and raised in Arizona and moved to Oregon in 1995.

She has many years of experience in the I/DD field working in local group homes as well as coaching bowling and managing medicals for Douglas County Special Olympics.  In July 2019, she began working at Connections as a PA.

Mendi has 4 grown sons and is proud to say that she is a grandma of 3 amazing grandkids. She has 2 cats and 1 dog.

She loves all animals, big and small. Her favorite holiday is Christmas, where she goes a little crazy with decorating her home and office.

In her off time, you can find her around her goldfish pond in her yard or up in the mountains mudding, hunting, fishing, hiking and camping.

Robyn was born and raised in Grants Pass Oregon, spent 7 years in Coos Bay before landing in Roseburg in 2001.

She has been in the I/DD field for over 30 years, working as direct support, managing group homes, agency behavior specialist and OIS mentor/independent instructor.

She enjoys volunteering in her community, participating with the Dance committee in Douglas County (since 2002) and coaching Special Olympics.

Robyn is married with four adult children and blessed with five amazing grandkids.

She loves photography, nature, plants, animals, and live music.
