Born and raised in Klamath Falls.

Graduated from University of Portland with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.

Lives in Klamath Falls with her husband, their two amazing daughters and several four-legged family members.

Worked as a Personal Agent for several years before transitioning to her current position as an Assessor Specialist.

Loves working with our customers and has learned so much from them.

Mendi Harnish

Mendi Harnish Personal Agent

Mendi was born and raised in Arizona and moved to Oregon in 1995. She has many years of experience in the I/DD field working  in local group homes as well as coaching bowling and managing medicals for Douglas County Special Olympics.  In July 2019, she began working at Connections as a PA.

Mendi has 4 grown sons and is proud to say that she is a grandma of 3 amazing grandkids. She has 2 cats and 1 dog. She loves all animals, big and small. Her favorite holiday is Christmas, where she goes a little crazy with decorating her home and office. In her off time, you can find her around her goldfish pond in her yard or up in the mountains mudding, hunting, fishing, hiking and camping.

Robin Mouser

Family member and community advocate for persons with I/DD for 27+ years.

Founding member of W.I.S.H. a 501(c)3 to establish appropriate and affordable housing for persons with I/DD.

Past member of the Staley Implementation Group.

Original member of the local Self-Directed Supports (SDS) group, the precursor to the establishment of Brokerages in Oregon.

Lives in Roseburg, Oregon with her husband and dog, Trigger.

Robyn Reedy

Robyn Reedy Program Coordinator

Robyn was born and raised in Grants Pass Oregon, spent 7 years in Coos Bay before landing in Roseburg in 2001.  She has been in the I/DD field for over 25 years, working as direct support, managing group homes, agency behavior specialist and OIS mentor/independent instructor.

She enjoys volunteering in her community, participating with the Dance committee in Douglas County (since 2002) and coaching Special Olympics. Robyn is married with four adult children and blessed with three beautiful grandkids.  She loves photography, nature, plants, animals, and live music.

Ruthie Chittock

Ruthie Chittock Assessor Coordinator

Ruthie moved to Oregon in 1995 after graduating from the University of Chico State and began her social work career.  Before becoming a Personal Agent for Connections in 2012, she worked as a Case Manager for Pregnant & Parenting Teens in a Medford High School, a High School Special Education Teacher in Hermiston, and a Social Worker for Child Welfare in Grants Pass.

Ruthie has two adult children, Dominic and Demitri, the latter is serving our country in the US Army.  She is passionate about people and frogs.  After all, one may someday turn into a prince. In her free time, she loves cycling and crafting activities.  She is also grateful to God for the mountain of friendships she has been blessed with in her lifetime.

Sarah Nicholson

Sarah Nicholson Personal Agent

Sarah was born and raised in Alaska, where she completed her Associate in Human Services. From there, she continued education, and will be receiving her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, from the University of Alaska, Anchorage, in early 2021. Sarah has been a part of the human service field for the past six years, previously being a service coordinator in Wasilla, Alaska.

Sarah moved to the Oregon Coast mid-2019, and further to the Coos Bay area in early 2020. She enjoys being outdoors and has hiked numerous mountains in Alaska, but is still discovering fun hiking trails on the coast. She is a huge fan of coffee and energy drinks, and dislikes hot weather!

Shantell Boulware

Shantell Boulware Personal Agent

Shantell was born in Roseburg but lived in Arizona for most of her childhood while her father served in the United States Marine Corps. In 2014, she graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelors in Human Development and Family Sciences. Before coming to Connections Case Management, she worked as a case manager for the county’s mental health and disability services programs. In her free time, she enjoys painting, crafting, and spending time with her family and animals.

Shelly Wright

Shelly Wright Personal Agent

Shelly has 20 years experience working with individuals with I/DD.  She worked for Star of Hope for 13 years, and then as a PA for (SORB) Connections Case Management from 2007-2014, returning to the Coos Bay office in 2021.

She is very happy to be back working with this wonderful group of people.

Shelly resides in North Bend with her family.  She enjoys walking her dog Maverick, doing some form of arts and crafts, eating dinner at her favorite restaurant Puerto Vallarta, and hanging out with the family.

Tawny Wells

Tawny Wells Provider eXPRS Specialist

Residing in Roseburg since 1998, Tawny and her husband are very involved with their church.  She is the Director of Worship at Garden Valley Church and loves leading and working with people.

Tawny loves seeing people live their lives to the fullest. She loves to sing, read, and hang out with friends. She has worked at Connections since 2010 & enjoys serving everyone who comes into the office.

Tera Fox

Tera Fox Personal Agent

Tera has lived in Oregon most of her life, raised in Brookings and raising her own family in the Portland area.  Her professional background is primarily in long-term care, though most recently she worked as an investigator for Adult Protective Services. She has 2 incredible kids: Claudia & Nicholas and three equally excellent fids (furry kids) Hank, Jasper and Emmy Lou.

Tera is a nerd at heart and loves to learn new things. She enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and rafting and though she stinks at it, she thinks tennis is a blast.  She is thrilled to have joined the Connections family, where she will be able to continue to be of service to her community.
