Ruthie C. Assessor Coordinator

Ruthie moved to Oregon in 1995 after graduating from the University of Chico State and began her social work career.  Before becoming a Personal Agent for Connections in 2012, she worked as a Case Manager for Pregnant & Parenting Teens in a Medford High School, a High School Special Education Teacher in Hermiston, and a Social Worker for Child Welfare in Grants Pass.

Ruthie has two adult children, Dominic and Demitri, the latter is serving our country in the US Army.  She is passionate about people and frogs.  After all, one may someday turn into a prince. In her free time, she loves cycling and crafting activities.  She is also grateful to God for the mountain of friendships she has been blessed with in her lifetime.

Mary Lee L.E. Assessor Specialist

Mary Lee was born and raised in Klamath Falls.  She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Portland and has been with Connections since 2014, first as a Personal Agent and now as an Assessor Specialist.  She loves working with our customers and is always learning from them.

Mary Lee lives in Klamath Falls with her husband, their two amazing daughters and several four-legged family members.

Kaitlyn M. Personal Agent/Assessor Specialist

Kaitlyn was born and raised in Roseburg and now her and her husband are raising their three children, Carson, Kenzie, and Keagan here.  On the weekends you can find them playing outside, doing crafts, or going to the coast to ride their four wheelers.

Kaitlyn attended the University of Oregon and earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences. She loves the work she does with the individuals and families she serves because she gets to be a part of a team that challenges our customers, then assists them with achieving their goals.

Julie H.

Julie H. Assessor Specialist

Julie was born and raised in Coos Bay but in her adult life, she has had the opportunity to live in Seattle, San Jose, and Eugene.  She attended two years at Southwestern Community College.  She started working with I/DD  in 2002 as a Project Coordinator through AmeriCorps where  she formulated the first Social Leisure Club for adults with I/DD.  This position led to her position at Connections in 2004 as a Personal Agent.  She is currently employed as an Assessor Specialist. When not at work, she makes junk journals, snuggles with her boxer dogs, and gardens.  On summer days, her and her hubby love to cruise their MG convertible around town.
