Carson was born and raised in Klamath Falls, Oregon. He joined the Connections Case Mgmt. team in 2025 after several years in customer service.

He values helping others, communication, and understanding everyone’s needs.

Carson loves to watch all kinds of sports, including football, basketball, track and field, wrestling, and many more. He values the outdoor activities in beautiful Southern Oregon, like hiking, kayaking, swimming, and camping.

He also enjoys creating various forms of art in his free time. He believes everybody deserves to express themselves!

Julie has lived in Coos County much of her life however, she also lived in San Jose, CA for 4 years and Seattle, WA for 7 years.

She studied human services at Southwestern Oregon Community College.

She has worked in the I/DD field in a variety of different roles since 2002 and has worked at Connections Case Management since 2004. She retired from full time employment July 2023 and works part-time.

Julie loves bringing a smile to someone’s face and helping others.

In her spare time, Julie makes junk journals.   She is married, has grandchildren, and has an 8-year-old boxer dog named Pez.

Erika was born and raised in Oregon.

he has been with Connections since 2007 and loves working with a supportive team that helps our customers reach their goals.

She enjoys helping PSWs navigate eXPRS and any other issues they might have.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, husband and two amazing boys!
